10 Years Ago Friday, Aug. 5 was Sgt. Tony Ciriello's last day in the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department after 17 years. He has taken a job as Syracuse town marshal and will be sworn in Monday. Sheriff Aaron Rovenstine presented him with a shadow box of mementoes from his years of service.
