    Lifelong Etna Green area resident Ruth Miner will lead the Etna Green Fourth of July parade as grand marshall.

She is the mother of 10, grandmother of 24, great-grandmother of 35 and great-great-grandmother of one.

    Judy Haney, 16, of Route 4, Warsaw, is The Times-Union Calendar July Girl. Judy will be a senior next fall at Atwood High School. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ward Haney.

    The new 2-cent letter postage, for local mail only, went into effect today.

However, should a letter be mailed here for delivery to another postoffice, the 3-cent postage stamp will still be necessary.
