Following a meeting with postmasters of the county and a visit to the Beyer field, Warsaw, with an Army aviation inspector, it has been decided that all county mail will leave the Beyer field on the air flights. Each of the county post offices will have a special airmail cover cachet and all covers will be mailed from the postoffices and delivered to the airplane in Warsaw. A special 6-cent bi-color airmail stamp designed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt will be affixed to the mail.
