10 Years Ago Room 101 Productions held a private screening of their first film, ‘Blind Justice’, at the Lake Theatre, Warsaw. Afterward, a reception was held at the Kosciusko County Foundation. The movie also will be shown to the public at the theater. The film was shot partially in Winona Lake and Warsaw, and many local people made cameos in the picture. Chad Dutka and Ben Bays are former Grace College students involved in the production. Ben Bays directed. James Leagre is the leading male character in the movie. 25 Years Ago Linda Potter, formerly of Warsaw, graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law May 17, receiving the juris doctor degree. Having passed the Indiana state bar examination last July, she will be sworn in as a member of the Indiana Bar June 8 in Indianapolis. She is the daughter of Marjorie Nice of Warsaw. 50 Years Ago David L. Castaldi of Warsaw graduated “maxima cum laude” and third in his class of more than 1,200 at the University of Notre Dame Sunday. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence J. Castaldi, Warsaw. Castaldi, an accounting major, received the Hamilton award, a gold watch for achieving the highest four-year average (5.59 out of a possible 6) in the college of business administration. He was also commissioned a second lieutenant in the Army and cited as the most outstanding senior cadet in the Army ROTC program at Notre Dame. 75 Years Ago Mrs. M. W. Gibson and Miss Elizabeth Hines of Evanston, Ill., the latter a student at Northwestern University, arrived in Warsaw to attend the graduation exercises of the Warsaw class of 1937. The latter’s sister, Jean Hines, is a member. Mrs. Gibson is the only living member of the class of 1878, which was the first graduating class from Warsaw High School.
