Cousins Trent Walther and Lexis Melody Airgood were crowned Cutie King and Cutie Queen during Silver Lake Days. Walther, 4, is the son of Mike and Barbette Weither, Sidney. Airgood is the daughter of Andy and Kari Walther Airgood, Syracuse.
The Warsaw Gamma Chi chapter of Psi Iota Xi sorority recently held pledge services for Jean Lozier, Vicki Ross and Kim Weihmuller. Kim will be a legacy in the chapter.

Mrs. Alonzo Lehman, a member of the ladies auxiliary to the local Hamilton B. Paul camp of the United Spanish War veterans, has been elected to the office of state chaplain of the auxiliary. The honor was bestowed on Mr. S. Lehman at election of both veterans and auxiliary women held at the final day's session of the 33rd annual encampment of the Spanish War veterans of Indiana at Gary.
