"There's A Fair in The Air" is the theme for the Warsaw Christian Women's Club brunch coming up. The brunch will be at the 2517 Restaurant. Cost is $8, inclusive.
The 11th annual Pioneer Century Tour will be held, involving approximately 300 bicycle riders who will tour the surrounding countryside and lakes area. The starting point was at Atwood Community Building in Atwood. Ride lengths vary from 31, 62 or 100 miles. All distances are loops so the riders will end from where they started.
Strictly Confidential - Warsaw Community School Superintendent Carl W. Burt, on a Michigan vacation, visited numerous late-built high school buildings in view of future construction of a Warsaw edifice.
In the basement of the First Methodist Church, Mrs. Gerald Overmyer held a spring recital of her dramatic class. A delightful program of readings, dialogues and dramatized songs were presented to a large and appreciated group of relatives and friends. The following pupils participated in the varied program: The Misses Dorothy Scoles, Marilyn Amos, Joan Whiteneck, Margaret Bartol, Isabelle Rarick, Carolyn Bash, Eleanor Ewing, Marjorie Kreamer, Betty Lou Overmyer, Leta Mae Pottenger, Eleanor Robinson and Elnora Dennis.
