The candidate who raises the most money wins the election and honorary title. 75 Years Ago Mary Kathryn Melick Kintzel feeds seven two-weeks' old wild rabbits with an eye dropper as she sits on the front porch of her North Lake Street home. Husband, Bill, brought them home from work when a co-worker at Gatke Foundry turned them up while plowing in East Warsaw. Eyes are closed but they hop around like fleas. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Dye, sons Herbert Jr. and Jack Rodeheaver Dye, of Winona Lake, will leave Thursday for Cumberland, Md., to spend time with relatives.
