The 2000 NTPA Super Semi Grand National  High Points Champion was fielding telephone calls earlier this week, none of them high-profile interviews. Mike Metzger was also manning the dispatch station at Metzger & Sons Trucking just south of town on Ind. 15. The “Liberty Belle” has seen little National Truck Pulling Association action this year. He will appear in Tomah, Wis., and return to the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds for the NTPA Super Semi Nationals in July sporting a new paint job ... a swinging Liberty Bell against an American flag.

This represents the first step in a program to make this 157-acre reservation a botanical paradise and a wild life haven. It is planned to establish every specie of worthwhile vegetation that will grow in this locality including trees, shrubs, plants and wild flowers.
