    SOUTH WHITLEY - Tabitha L. Brenneman, daughter of Joseph and Rene Brenneman, has been selected as the valedictorian for Whitko High School's class of 1999.

Amanda R. Morphew will be the salutatorian. She is the daughter of Roger and Diana Morphew.

    George L. White, president of United Telephone Co. of Indiana, recently presented President's Awards for Excellence in Sales and Public Relations to two L.M. Berry and Co. employees.

Debbie Spearman, North Webster, telephone sales representative, and Larry Williams, Kimmell, premises sales representative for Berry, won the coveted awards for their outstanding efforts in sales of Yellow Pages ads for United Phone Books throughout Indiana in 1983.

    Dorothy Engelberth has been named valedictorian and Judy Freeman salutatorian of the North Webster senior class. Dorothy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Engelberth, Warsaw. Judy is the daughter of Mrs. Fred Freeman, Pierceton.

    Kosciusko County now has a nudist camp with a membership of 25 men and women, located in Turkey Creek Township, Sheriff Harley D. Person said recently.

According to the sheriff, the camp has only recently been discovered and he does not know at present the name of the head master of the camp or with what organization the camp is affiliated.
