Olson won the all-around competition, the vault competition and the bars competition to lead the Warriors to their second straight sectional title. She also placed third on the beam and fifth in the floor exercise to round out the day.

Although the Warsaw sectional tournament was one of the most exciting in years, tourney officials reported today that gross receipts were $2,744 under the record breaking receipts of last year. Warsaw High School Principal William Davis explained that this was primarily due to the fact that there were only five sessions in this tourney as compared to six last year, and that session tickets sold for $2.50 instead of last year’s $3.00 price.
