Three state highway trucks loaded with supplies donated by Kosciusko County persons were sent to Tell City, Ind., during the recent flood, by the Warsaw American Legion. A letter of appreciation from the Tell City Legion Post says: “Words will not express our love and appreciation to you. We of Tell City were in a little gloomy world all alone that night, January 25, until the first Legion trucks from Warsaw rolled in. It seems God Himself had made out the list of supplies those trucks had on hand. Thanks to you our people received clothes to wear, and none went hungry, etc. Again, we thank you.”
