In recent weeks the police department received several calls in which prowlers were reported, so last night they looked out the window of the city hall, and seeing the ground covered with snow, sat down to anxiously await a prowler call. Their hopes were answered when a call was received at 10:15 p.m. to come to the vicinity of South Scott Street and again at midnight to search an area on South Indiana Street. In both cases, there were no tracks found in the fresh snow.
