Many Warsawans noted in metropolitan newspapers of Feb. 28 and since a news photo of an airplane speeding from Chicago to the bedside of Mayor Cermak at Miami, taking new oxygen apparatus to the wounded mayor. But fewer noted that the new equipment is the invention of Dr. R.M. Waters and Dr. E.A. "Jack" Rovenstine, of the department of anesthesia of Wisconsin University.

Dr. Rovenstine is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Rovenstine, of Atwood, and a brother of Deputy Sheriff Joe Rovenstine, of Warsaw. He was graduated with the first class of the Atwood High School, took a degree at Wabash College and after teaching and coaching athletics took up the study of medicine.
