The City of Warsaw has been donated a fine picture of George Washington, in an appropriate frame for the city council chamber. The picture is the gift of Al Cuffel.

The picture was hung behind the desk of Mayor C.C. DuBois, president of the council, by Police Chief Frank R. Lucas. Other presidential portraits in the council chamber are Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt and Franklin D. Roosevelt, the present chief executive of the nation.
