POTPOURRI - It was a magical moment for Warsaw teacher Joe Conlon, whose cat had been missing for two weeks. The cat showed up at Warsaw Community High School, walked through an entrance, was chased by some students and darted straight to Conlon's classroom, where it sat next to Conlon at his desk. Conlon swears the cat had never been to the school.

The English teacher said they assumed it was dead since it rarely strayed from home, which is nearly a mile from the school. No word on whether the cat will be penalized for being tardy.
