    Justin Park, was the first baby born in  Kosciusko County this year. Proud parents are Dr. Jae and Claire Park, Warsaw. Justin was born at 8:50 a.m. January 1st at Kosciusko Community Hospital, and weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces. He is the Parks first child.

    The honor of being the first baby of 1988 at Kosciusko Community Hospital goes to Bryan Michael Bolinger. Bryan was born Jan. 1 at 12:57 a.m. He checked in at nine pounds, 5 1/2 ounces and was 23 1/4 inches at birth. He is the first child of Monty and Jenni Bolinger, Rt. 8, Warsaw.

    Three New Year’s babies were born at the Murphy Medical Center, Warsaw. The first baby of 1963 was Teresa Sue Blosser daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Burl Blosser, Warsaw. Next came Brenda Darleen Cormican, daugher of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Cormican, Warsaw. Number three of the day was Cheryl Eileen who was number 12 for Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sitts of Claypool.

    The New Year’s cabaret party, floor show and dance at the Eagles’ Hall was enjoyed by 250 Eagles and their wives or lady-friends. The hall was attractively decorated for the occasion, and two complete floor shows were given by professional talent from Chicago. The same troupe had included in its company an orchestra which furnished music for dancing. The committee in charge was Seth Taylor, Oliver Bodkin, Glenn Hunt, Frank Rarick, Charles Wagner and Otto Philpott.
