    ST. PAUL, Minn. - Steven Jungbauer, of Leesburg, and a 1981 graduate of Hamline University, has been inducted into the Hamline University Athletic Hall of Fame as part of the 1980 men's track and field team.

Jungbauer was a pole-vaulter on the team and was selected as an NCAA All-American, an NAIA All-American and an MIAC All-Conference athlete. He set a MIAC pole-vault record and a Hamline pole-vault record.

    POTPOURRI - Kosciusko County Auditor and Republican Chairman Jean Northenor has received another honor as she was nominated for inclusion into World Who's Who For Women. A short biography and photograph of Northenor will appear in the 7th edition of the publication, which is published in Cambridge, England.

    Mrs. Franklin Yates couldn't help but "give in" to the appealing look by her 2-1/2-year-old son, Randy, as he asked for a toy among the hundreds of Christmas shoppers in Warsaw these days. Mrs. Yates and Randy are of Route 5, Warsaw.

    The Kosciusko County Medical society elected officers for the ensuing year at its meeting. Those named to office were: President, Dr. C. Norman Howard; vice president, Dr. C.C. DuBois; secretary-treasurer, Dr. R.E. Phillips; members of the legislative committee, Dr. O.H. Richer and Dr. A.C. McDonald; delegate to state convention, Dr. W.B. Siders.
