The couples bridge group of Stonehenge Golf club met recently with the following winners: Tony Frazzetta, Karyl Smith, Bob Pfeiffer, John Wagley, Dawn Huffman, Janet Wagley, Lila O’Connell and Peggy Zimmerman. The couples winners were: Margaret Stutzman, John Clay, Sally White, Mary Steele, Ken Stringer, Ivo Stutzman, Ivan Oberlin, Janet Oberlin and Pet Smith.

This is recipe from the Spotlight Contest for Turkey Casserole.
1 pkg. breadstuffing or leftover stuffing from turkey; Cut up turkey; onion; celery; 1 cup milk; 2 eggs; 2-4 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing. Sauté onion and celery. Beat milk, egg and mayonnaise. Layer stuffing and turkey. Pour other ingredients over turkey in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Joy McGarvey, Pierceton

Art Johnson, of Warsaw, received a trophy recently for winning the state Moose golf championship this past summer in Fort Wayne. Presenting the trophy to Johnson was District Moose Vice President Tom Leapold, of South Bend. In winning, Johnson set a club record at the Lakeside Golf Course in Fort Wayne with a 66, which coupled with a 71, gave him the winning total of 137.

“Lelawala,” an Indian operetta, will be presented Wednesday evening, at the Centennial Theatre by members of the speech class and music department of Warsaw High School. H.H. Crabil and Miss Helen Sloane are directors of the presentation.
