After a five-month search, a new president for the Warsaw/Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce has been hired.

Joy McCarthy-Sessing, the director of expansion and retention for the Economic Development Corp. of Wayne County, will begin her new duties Jan. 5.

Warsaw Elks Lodge No. 802 has named Richard Allen Reneker as November Teenager of the Month. Reneker, 17, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Reneker, Warsaw, is a senior at Warsaw Community High School.

Reneker, presently ranked 15th in his class of 353, plans to attend Taylor University majoring in business.

Kathryn Locke, 17, a North Webster High School senior, has been named Good Citizen of 1957-58 by Agnes Pruyn Chapman chapter of the Daughter of the American Revolution.

Kathryn is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Locke, Syracuse.
