10 Years Ago Caught up in the arms of their wives, children and parents, Company A of the 1st Battalion, 293rd Infantry, said farewell to family and friends again at the armory north of Warsaw. It was also 65 degrees in Miami, Los Angeles and San Diego. In Tampa, Fla., the high was 64. Thermometers dipped to a low of 32 in Warsaw this morning. 75 Years Ago Mrs. Paul Elliott and Misses Ruby Miller, of Dowagiac, Mich., Molly Rickel of Goshen, and Goldie Taylor of Claypool, all graduates of the Laura Lee School of Beauty Culture, South Buffalo Street, have gone to Indianapolis to take their practical examinations at the state house.
