Whitko’s undefeated Wildcats and the NorthWood Panthers won Class 2A and 3A state semifinal high school football games, respectively, last night and as a result will appear in the Hoosier Dome at Indianapolis next Friday as they battle strong foes in the championship contests of their divisions.

Miss Judy Hoffer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Giles Hoffer, Warsaw, will come home from Purdue for Thanksgiving and then spend a week at the National 4-H conference in Chicago. She holds a state 4-H award in clothing. A sophomore at Purdue, Judy is majoring in physical education.

Mr. and Mrs. Loren Chastain attended the Indiana-Purdue University football game at Lafayette Saturday. They also visited Mr. and Mrs. L.D. Wesner and Ola Chastain of that place.
Among those from Warsaw who are attending the Northwestern-Notre Dame football game Saturday were James Hyde, Earl Chapman, Richard Hazen, Charles Holbrook and John Carnegie.
