Jenny Workman, daughter of Mark and Kathy Workman of North Webster, has been selected in a statewide pageant as Indiana's Perfect Teen.
Workman competed with 43 girls in evening gown, sportswear and poise and personality judging. She will represent Indiana at the national America's Perfect Teen Pageant in July in Orlando, Fla.

Susie Shroyer, 16-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Shroyer, Warsaw, won runner-up honors in Indiana's 4-H club tomato contest at Purdue University.
Her yield of 19 tons on a single acre was second among growers selling tomatoes on an ungraded basis. Top honors in this division went to Kenneth Lucas, 17, Royal Center, who harvested 19.8 tons an acre from 4.8 acres.
