    The first lady of Indiana, Judy O'Bannon, was the keynote speaker at the annual Kosciusko County Foundation meeting.

O'Bannon presented Neil Carlson with a Sagamore of the Wabash Award. This award is the highest honor that can be presented by the governor to a citizen for extraordinary service.

    The newest member of the Delta Theta Tau sorority, Sue Kreger, was initiated at the Beta Province Program in Fort Wayne.

Also, the winner of a hand-made doll in a recent drawing held by Delta Theta Tau sorority during their Christmas Bazaar is Betty Anglin. The doll was made by one of the sorority's alumni chapter members.

    Margie Lou Long, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. William Long, East Main Street, will play one of the starring roles in "Right You Are," a Pirandello comedy produced this month by the drama department of Ripon College.
