Grind 1 pound cranberries and 1 orange, with skin, on medium blade. Add 3-1/2 cups sugar and let stand 2 hours. Mix 2 boxes strawberry jello with 3 cups boiling water. At end of 2 hours, mix 1 cup chopped apples, 1 cup chopped celery and 1 cup chopped nuts into cranberries, then into jello. This will make large utility dish full. Serve with mayonnaise mixed with a little lemon juice.
