After thirty years continuous service Otto  Philpott, Warsaw will become eligible for retirement on February 1, 1938. The popular Warsaw mail carrier kindly posed for The Times cameraman beside the Hotel Hays here while on his route. He may elect not to retire and continue two years more in active service. He still prides himself on making his rounds and beating his younger fellow carriers back to the postoffice.
