With the business district decorated with red, white and blue streamers, Warsaw was in gala attire for the big Republican rally which will be held at the National Guard armory. Before the meeting in the armory, an “old-time” parade, which will be reminiscent of the McKinley-Bryan and previous torchlight demonstrations, will march through the business district. A feature of the parade will be live elephants, red-fire torches, bands and attractive floats depicting the administration of the Roosevelt-McNutt New Deal.
