Marie Trump Sherbahn, secretary of the Whitko School Board, was awarded the master board member designation at the 1997 Indiana Schools board Conference Sept. 30.
Darrell King, son of Darrell and Mary King, Mentone, has been selected for the 1982-83 Bluffton College Chorale according to Dr. Earl Lehman, chorale director and professor in Bluffton's music department. He is a graduate of Tippecanoe Valley High School and will be singing bass.

Two hundred are expected to be present tomorrow at a banquet at the Mentone School given by the Hoosier Mineral Feed Association. The Sing Sing Girls, radio stars from Atwood and Warsaw, will entertain.
