10 Years AgoAarron Busch, Dewart Lake, may end up owing a few favors. His sister, Becky Tusing, also of Dewart Lake, is giving up 60 percent of her liver to save Aarron's life. "He thinks he's getting it for free," Tusing said."I never asked her," Busch said. "She just said, 'If you need it, I'll (give it)." All jokes aside, Tusing, 41, is more than happy to help her brother out and he's more than grateful. Tusing and Busch will travel to two separate hospitals in Indianapolis to undergo liver transplant surgery.25 Years AgoThis recipe was contributed by Anna Bailey, Pierceton, for the Spotlight Recipe Contest. Broccoli Casserole1 cup chopped onion; 1 stick of margarine; 1 cup chopped celery; 1 can mushrooms; 2 small pkgs. chopped broccoli; 1 can cream of chicken soup; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 cup minute rice; 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz or Velveeta Cheese.Saute onions and celery in margarine. Cook broccoli and drain. Mix together rice, broccoli, cheese, soups, mushrooms and celery, onion and margarine mixture. Mix well.
