10 Years AgoOne of three aerial watchtowers that provided protection for Warsaw railroad crossings from 1920 to 1952 has been installed at the Old Jail Museum in Warsaw.The towers gave a bird's-eye view of the railroad tracks that crisscrossed the town before automatic gates and lights were installed, according to Laurie Smith, president of the Kosciusko County Historical Society.25 Years AgoWarsaw athletes Laralee Bair, Tracy Furnivall, Mike Purcell and Angie Ryman were awarded scholarships from the Warsaw Adult Tiger Booster Club at the recent senior Athletes awards Banquet, sponsored by the booster organization. Sharp, 39, Leesburg, and Miss Wanatah Bull, 29, Lagrange. Relatives and friends composed the wedding party. The Rev. J.W. Keefer, Warsaw, performed the unique wedding ceremony and J. Pigeon and Miss Ada Weaver, of Warsaw, were among the wedding guests.
