The big secret is Our Father's House. It is a non-denominational charity that feeds the homeless as well as those who can't afford the food they need to survive.Former restaurant manager and Warsaw resident Roz Morgan is the founder and director of Our Father's House, which opened in November 1997.25 Years AgoWarsaw Clerk-Treasurer Elaine Call and deputy clerk Janine Petro oversee the vendor checks that are being printed out on the new computer that was recently installed in the city government office. The clerk-treasurer commented that bills being submitted by vendors are typed into the computer system, which then prints out the checks sent to companies.
