One of the "guests" said that icicles formed on his nose and that the cook stove is insufficient to heat the building. Coal is used as fuel and the men claim they nearly suffocated."I can't see why anyone would want to stay more than one night," one of the sleepers said.Under regulations no person is allowed to stay more than one night. Belief is expressed by officers that as a result of a lack of accommodations here compared with those found in the cities, transients will not as a rule make Warsaw a stop-over.
