10 Years AgoAfter seven rounds and almost an hour of competing, Bryce Durgin stepped to the microphone Monday night at First United Methodist Church and without hesitation, correctly spelled "terraqueous."Durgin, 10, an Eisenhower Elementary student, looking slightly stunned after the bee, said he broke the word down to "terra" and "aqueous" and, since he knew those words, it wasn't that difficult.25 Years AgoAs part of the week-long observance of Catholic Schools Week, pupils at Sacred Heart school in Warsaw sent 150 balloons airborne recently.
