SYRACUSE – Wawasee’s Gage Reinhard hit 13 of 14 free throw attempts on his way to 23 points in the Warriors’ 70-55 win over Eastside Tuesday night at the Hardwood Teepee. The win was Wawasee’s fifth straight non-conference win and moved the Warriors to 10-3 in non-conference games this season and 10-10 overall. The Warriors won four non-conference games last season. Alex Clark added 14 points for the Warriors. Aaron Voirol and Aaron Beer had eight points each and Stori Bright scored six for Wawasee. The Warriors went 24 of 26 as a team from the free throw line. Eastside had three players in double figures, led by P.J. Dean with 15 points. The Warriors play their final home game tonight against Mishawaka, a matchup that has twice been postponed due to weather. Varsity tipoff is scheduled for about 7:45 p.m.
