Registration Is Now Open For The Fall ‘HireKosciusko’ Event

OrthoWorx, in partnership with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, KEDCO, the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, the Kosciusko Human Resource Association (KHRA) and WorkOne/Employ Northern Indiana, is sponsoring the second 2025 installment of the countywide HireKosicusko Hiring Fair on Oct. 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Zimmer Biomet Center Lake Pavilion.
Jobseekers will have the opportunity to connect with and interview for roles at various local organizations including Avalign Technologies, Bowen Health, Cardinal Services, Instrumental Machine & Development, LeGrand, Lutheran, Maple Leaf Farms, Micropulse, Precision Medical Technologies, Stillwater Hospice, Wildman Business Group and 80/20.
Additionally, representatives from IvyTech Community College and Grace College will be on site to offer education and employment resources to jobseekers.
Prospective employers are seeking applicants with an array of skill sets and backgrounds for a variety of roles in their organizations. On Wednesday, area jobseekers were able to pre-register and upload a resume to allow employers to preview their information and potentially set an interview appointment time.
“HireKosciusko is about creating connections that strengthen both our workforce and our community,” said Allyn Decker, vice president of operations and engagement at OrthoWorx. “By bringing together employers, educators and jobseekers under one roof, we’re building pathways to opportunity and ensuring that Kosciusko County continues to be a place where talent thrives and businesses grow.”
