Regina Poe, 44, Claypool, died Sept. 14, 2014, in University Hospital, Cleveland.
She was born Dec. 13, 1969, in Warsaw, to Reginold and Zelvia Newsome Gayheart. On June 4, 2011, in Warsaw, she married Stephen Poe, who survives in Claypool.
She was a lifetime resident of Warsaw. She was a certified nursing assistant at Grace Village Nursing Home, Warsaw.
Also surviving are two sons, Arthur Crit Martin and Zachary Austin Blackburn, both of Claypool; one daughter, Kayla Michelle Shepherd, Claypool; two sisters, Carolyn Sue (and spouse Sterling) Hall, Fort Wayne, and Rosalind (and spouse Jimmy) Gillespie, Floyd County, Ky.; five brothers: Dewey Gayheart, Columbia City; Jimmy (and spouse Julia), Shannon and Paul (and spouse Nita) Gayheart, all of Warsaw; Reginold (and spouse Hollie) Gayheart, Loudonville, Ohio; her father- and mother-in-law, Boyd and Shirley Poe, Claypool; a brother-in-law, William Poe, Cromwell; several aunts and uncles, who loved her dearly; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, who died Dec. 16, 2001; her mother, who died Sept. 12, 2012; and a brother, Elvis Dean Gayheart.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastors Dean Ealey and William Whitaker officiating. Burial is in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
