Editor, Times-Union: The election is over! When I heard that Mr. Kolbe and the Democrats have joined the “yes” train – Wow! The election is over except for the shouting and counting the “yes” ballots. I just hope that the people that didn’t vote will be surprised when their property tax, their property value of 100K, goes up by 12 gallons of milk next May (2016). If their castle is valued at 200K, their taxes will be “20” Bob Conley’s hair cuts (20 times 9 = $180). That is if inflation doesn’t go up. Paul Fribley Warsaw
