Redwood Acquisitions (7510 East Pleasant Valley Road, Independence, OH 44131) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Redwood at Warsaw project, located in the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located along Prosperity Drive between Capital Street and CR 175, Warsaw, Indiana, part of the SE Quarter of Section 10, T32N, and R6E. The receiving water of the project is the Tippecanoe River.
