WINONA LAKE - The town's redevelopment commissioners met briefly Wednesday, accepting two property value appraisals for 800 N. Park Ave.
The appraisals will be used in negotiations to purchase the property from Ralph and Joellen Fitch of Larwill. The house anchors the northeast corner of the Village at Winona.
An annual report also was submitted.
The commissioners are Judy Reneker, Judy Mugg, Dennis Daniels, Al Disbro and Robert Piecuch.
