Your headline says raising money with "Gotcha Red Light Cameras Passes Senate." Another shake down solely for politicians to squander down the black holes of waste. I have a better idea.
Install cameras in front of high class bars and red light houses where the politicians hang out. More revenue could be collected with those type fines.
Also, if you're going to outlaw smoking almost everywhere, why not ticket fat people who go to McDonald's? Fat is killing more people than cigarettes.
