Mary Hoffer, Kosciusko County Red Cross disaster volunteer, will depart Friday on her fourth deployment to aid families impacted by the storms in Arkansas. She will be stationed in Little Rock, where she will serve two weeks as a Client Health Services Associate. Hoffer also serves locally as the Red Cross State nursing liaison for Indiana.
