Editor, Times-Union: This is about the letter in the Times-Union about taking the recycling to Elkhart County. I think it is pretty sad when we had a great company in town doing a fantastic job, and the city wants us to shop locally and keep the taxpayers’ dollars in the county. So therefore, why are you taking the taxpayers’ money out of our county and supporting Elkhart County? I never had any trouble at the recycle stations. They kept the sites cleaned up, isn’t that something to be accounted for? Maybe you pay a little more, but in the long run you will see it is more profitable in the end. Hope this doesn’t turn around and bite you in the butt, but if it does, oh well. So disappointed in the Kosciusko County Solid Waste Board. Deb Francis Claypool
