Reception Set for Wiggins

A reception will be Dec. 14 at Center Lake Pavilion to honor Warsaw Mayor Ernie Wiggins, whose duties as mayor end Dec. 31.
The reception will be from 4 to 7 p.m.
Wiggins will leave his role as mayor and return full time as a certified public accountant at Ramsey & Wiggins.
