Real Services is seeking candidates for membership on the Community Services Advisory Council. The Community Services Advisory Council oversees Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) programming in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall and Fulton counties. CSBG funds programs that assist low-income families as the families strive to achieve independence from welfare and other government subsidized programs. Currently candidates living in Kosciusko County, representing Private, Low-Income and Public Sectors are being considered for membership on the Advisory Council. The Council meets approximately every other month on the third Wednesday of the month from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at REAL Services, 1151 S. Michigan Street in South Bend.
