Request for Proposals from Grant Administrators On or about July 1, 2016, REAL Services, Inc. intends to submit two applications to the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority for funding from the State Community Development Block Grant Program. The purpose of these applications shall be for aging in place owner occupied rehabilitation of 14 single family homes in both Marshall and Kosciusko Counties, for a total of 28 homes. To assist REAL Services with the grant administration, proposals are being solicited from qualified consultants to perform all required services. A letter of intent, a resume and a per unit contract price will be due by 4:00 p.m., June 20, 2016, to Joan Cuson, Area 2 Agency on Aging/REAL Services, Inc., 1151 South Michigan Street, P.O.
