The Real Estate Investors Association in Northern Indiana recognized REAL Services as the recipient of the 2007 Stu Statler Community Service Award.
This award began with a desire to honor the name of Stu Statler, a real estate investor, member and the association's former president, who was shot and killed while renovating one of his properties in Elkhart.
Statler believed in giving back to his community. The award comes with cash donation that will be used to further the Aging in Place program, a program that assists the elderly by making their homes safe and accessible.
