REAL Services, Inc. is accepting proposals for delivery of services through the Community Services Block Grant Program from public and private organizations in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall and Fulton Counties. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 pm Friday, November 5, 2018. Late or incomplete proposals will not be considered.
Proposals are subject to Federal Code of Regulation Title 45, Part 74 and to procedures of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration and REAL Services, Inc. REAL Services reserve the right to accept or refuse any and/or all proposals.
