REAL Services, Inc. is accepting proposals for delivery of services through the Community Services Block Grant Program from public and private organizations in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall and Fulton Counties. Proposals are to cover services delivered from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

Proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM, Monday, November 4, 2024. Late or incomplete proposals will not be considered.
Proposals are subject to Federal Code of Regulations Title 45, Part 74 and to procedures of the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and REAL Services, Inc. REAL Services reserves the right to accept or refuse any and/or all proposals.
