Pierceton Elementary fifth-grader Landon Grable was presented with the top prize of a Kindle Fire e-reader tablet for being the top pledge earner at Pierceton Elementary School’s first Read-A-Thon. Paragon Medical Inc. was pleased to partner with Pierceton Elementary to sponsor a Read-A-Thon for the fourth- and fifth-graders this year as part of their outreach and focus on education. Students participating raised more than $2,700 for their school to purchase books, prizes for their Accelerated Reader program and educational materials.
