NORTH MANCHESTER - Ray Moine Blocher, 84, of North Manchester, died at 12:25 a.m. Jan. 11, 2010, in his residence.
He was born Jan. 29, 1925, to LeRoy and Emma Bainter Blocher. On June 4, 1944, he married Lucile Wray, who survives.
He was a member of Old German Baptist Brethren Church, North Manchester.
Surviving are two sons, Alan Blocher, Laketon, and Donovan (and spouse Penny) Blocher, Urbana; a daughter, Vivian (and spouse Dale) Stambaugh, Silver Lake; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters and a great-grandchild.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Old German Baptist Brethren Church, North Manchester, with Home Brethren officiating. Burial will be in Old German Baptist Brethren Cemetery, North Manchester.
Calling is from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester.
