Little information is being released about a rape that reportedly occurred over the weekend in Warsaw.
According to a report at the Warsaw Police Department, a Warsaw woman reported being raped sometime between the hours of 9:30 p.m. Saturday and 6 a.m. Sunday.
The incident allegedly occurred at the Economy Inn, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. No weapon was used in the incident.
The woman reported the incident Monday evening around 6:27 p.m.
Detectives from the Warsaw Police Department are investigating the report.
